| Preparing the site yourself | |
All we ask is that you provide a firm, flat and level area. Prepare the area yourself or we will do it for you. See below for site work. Each shed comes with 4x 4 pressure treated runners attached to the bottom. This elevates the shed aove ground level for proper air flow., and protects from surface moisture. We also recommend placing a level 4" bed opf 3/4" stone. Extend the stone one foot in each direction beyond structure demensions. |

Size and price are based on building size. Stone will be one foot larger on all sides. |

Prices include 3/4" stone to accomodate ground up to 12" out of level. |

Prices for site work also include milage within a 30 mile radius. Beyond that, $5 per mile one way. This service is completely seperate from delivery and delivery charges. |

Your needs are never a problem. Even a difficult sitye will be expertly prepared and if and additional charges need occure, they will be submitted for your approval first. |
