It takes from 3 to 4 weeks but workers are not there every day because project inspection requirements out of our control.

Yes, all prices include delivery.

Whose responsible for getting the permit?
Decks Plus is a licensed contractor and we will take care of all permits for all 3 season rooms and decks. However homeowners are responsible for obtaining permits for gazebos and sheds.
